Privacy
What we keep, why, and how to make us delete it.
The short version: we keep what you send us so we can reply, and we count page visits with Google Analytics. Client names stay private on this site, and so does yours.

What we collect
- Contact form
- Your situation, what can’t change, your timeline, your name and work email.
- Whatever you write to us, and the address you write from.
- CDS launch list
- Only the email address you leave there.
- Field notes
- Only the email address you leave there, kept until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 and nothing else: no advertising pixels, no session recording, no profiling. It tells us which pages get read and how fast they load, which are never found, and how many visits end in a sent form or a click on the booking link or our email address, without who sent what. It is the only third-party script the site loads, and even the fonts are served from here.
03
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. The CDS list is used once, to tell you it’s public. We don’t sell data, don’t rent lists, and don’t add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.
04
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the site and read our email: hosting on Hetzner in Germany, Resend to deliver what you send through the forms to our inbox, Titan Email (GoDaddy) for that inbox, and Google Analytics for the visit counts above. Nobody else.
05
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become work are deleted after 12 months. The CDS list is deleted once the launch email has gone out.
06
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to contact@microtech.consulting and we’ll reply within one business day. These rights come from the GDPR for people in the EU and from Bosnia and Herzegovina’s personal data protection law.
