Six years on systems that can’t stop
A software engineering studio based in Sarajevo. We build systems that run for years and carry them through technology shifts — customs invoicing, identity verification in banking, state document issuance, a HIPAA meetings platform, a construction ERP.
For four years we have run a US marketplace in a technical leadership role, through four re-platformings and a team of twelve. Alongside that we build our own cross-platform design system and three products.
Three threads
Each appeared independently of the others, and each has at least three pieces of evidence.
Don’t touch what someone relies on. Change what sits underneath it.
We tell the difference between ugly and expensive. Every change to a surface someone relies on is paid for by someone else, so we stabilize first and rewrite only when it is earned.

Why there is not a single screenshot on this site
Clients are not named, the systems sit behind logins, two products were sold and one was shut down. There are no client logos and no gallery.
What remains is measured numbers, constraints and decisions — and one piece of work that can be opened and checked. It is the only kind of evidence we can show without a middleman.
