Nearshore software development, from Sarajevo
Micro Tech is a software engineering studio in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2020 we have worked remotely for clients in the US, Germany, Sweden and West Africa, 9–18 CET, with four hours of overlap with US and EU teams by default.
// How the work runs
Remote, inside your team
In your tools, in your team
A developer or a Technical Lead works full-time in your repositories, tracker and chat, as part of your team rather than beside it.
Decisions in writing
Every proposal has a fastest, an optimal and a best option, each with its price and what has to be true in two years for it to pay off.
Billed by the hour
Development is billed by the hour. Only a written assessment has a fixed price, with its scope, the document and the delivery date agreed up front.
Your name stays private
We describe engagements by sector and market and never name the client.
// Remote work we have done
Clients on three continents
Four years as Technical Lead on a US marketplace for truck services, leading a team of twelve.
