Tell us what you’re building, or what’s breaking.
Answer three questions, which takes about a minute. Within one business day we email you our first questions, and then we set up a 30-minute call.

What happens after you write
01
We read and reply
We read your answers and email you our first questions.
02
A 30-minute call
We ask what has to stay as it is, what downtime costs you and who decides.
03
Three options
We send them in writing, each with its price and the assumptions behind it.
04
You decide
If you choose none of them, you still keep the written options.
Before you write
Questions we get first.
We take on projects, long-term contracts and technical lead roles embedded in your team, all billed by the hour. Only a written assessment has a fixed price, with its scope, the document and the delivery date agreed up front. Clients have priority over our own products.
For a startup we go the other way: fastest and cheapest first, so fixed costs stay low and there’s runway to reach revenue. Long-term planning waits until after the MVP.
No. We never name a client anywhere, including case studies, file names and metadata. We describe each engagement by its sector and market.
We work as part of it. We turn coding standards into automated checks that fail the build, and the goal is for your team to ship features end to end without us.
We work 9–18 Sarajevo time (CET, CEST in summer). By default we overlap with US and EU teams for four hours, which is 8–12 in New York. When a project needs it, we move our working hours to yours, on either US coast. How we work with US and EU teams
Then we tell you. In a 2026 build-vs-buy review we recommended against building, because it would have cost twice as much as renegotiating with the vendor.
